Your username is the email address we have on file for you or a name of your choice.

 

To change your username, log out of the portal by clicking on “log out” in the upper, right-hand corner of your screen, under your name. On the portal log in screen, enter your current username and click on the “Forgot Password?” button. Follow the prompts and you will be sent an email with a link to reset your username and password.

To change your password, you will need to log out of the portal by clicking on “log out” in the upper, right-hand corner of your screen, under your name. On the portal log in screen, enter your username and click on the “Forgot Password?” button. Follow the prompts and you will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

To update any information in your personal profile (e.g., title, company, contact information), click on “Edit Your Profile” on the left side of the directory home page. Use the sidebar menu and click on the section that you would like to update.  Be sure to click on “Save All Changes” at the bottom of your profile before logging out.

Any edits that you make to your profile will be sent to us so that we can update our database. Please allow 1-2 business days for these changes to be reflected in the directory.

Curriculum materials will be posted approximately two weeks prior to each module by the Program Manager.

You will have two weeks after completion of the program to download any materials that you want to save in your own files.
